Will an AMD 965 Black Edition bottleneck a GTX 560 2GB?

I am not sure about the specifics. What would be great is if someone could tell me what is the minimum CPU that is required to NOT bottleneck the GTX 560.

There's no such specific requirements, but with that cpu, it won't bottleneck the 560 gtx, so you're fine with it.
