Title pretty much explains it all, I don't think it will, but I want a 2nd opinion to be sure.
I am looking to play Fallout 4 with this, with reasonable details and framerates @ 1600x900 res
Do you think I should buy another graphics card?
All opinions are greatly appreciated :)

relevant specs:
i3 2120
Gigabyte Radeon HD6750
ASRock H61M-VS
500W PSU

Solution
Low and off settings you can play it with your card.
A R9 390 is out of the question with your power supply.
I would try to get a GTX 750ti or 950 on the low budget end of cards.
r9 380x is dramatically better and not that much more.

I don't believe you'll be very happy with an R7 360, it isn't going to be able to play FO4 all that well.

Going to an r9 390 would be great, they have dropped in price a lot recently, and would be able to max out FO4 with good frames.

an R9 390 costs more than double of an R7 360, and if it means upgrading my psu too, that's way over my budget
The 950 sounds like a good choice as I don't need to change my power supply and it outperforms the R7 360
