Will an i5-4590 bottleneck a GTX1070?

Any bottlenecks? I already have the whole build, but with a GTX760. I was just thinking about upgrading to a GTX1070.
Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4590 Processor(3.7Ghz)
MOBO: ASRockFatal1ty Z97X Killer
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3
PSU: Corsair RM650
GPU: GTX1070

I doubt it. The 4th-gen i5s are not slouches yet. Maybe only in very CPU-intensive games. i.e. the minority.

What display resolution? What game ? Do you care is CPU is limiting factor if you are maxed at more FPS then your display can consume ?

+1 for Jazzy -- no need to upgrade CPU.
