Will an i5 4690 bottleneck an RX 480 8GB?

Im upgrading my pc by buying a new GPU and CPU and just wondering if this CPU will bottleneck the GPU? I have already bought the RX 480 8GB and have around £200 left to spend on a new CPU. The socket on my motherboard is an LGA1150, is this the best CPU for gaming at my price range or is there better?

It's not really low end. I'm just something of a hardware snob. If it was a person it'd probably be lower middle class.

I think that's a little unfair, the 480 should nearly max all games at 1080p 60fps. Id say its a bit like a nice Porsche Boxster car, more sporty and better made than most cars on the road but its no super car

You giving that level of card waaaaay too much credit. A porsche of any kind is a halo item. something that would make one stand out and others somewhat envious, a 480 in no way does that.
