Hey guys i'm just wondering if the i5 6500 strong enough to handle the gtx 1060
By the way i will get it with an rx 480

Depends on the game. In BF1, Fallout 4 and a handful of titles, you'd get more performance with a i5-6600k or i7-6700k. But in the vast majority of games, there would be no bottleneck. If you already own the i5-6500 then proceed with your GPU purchase. But if you're planning on buying now then wait a few weeks for the Intel kaby lake i5-7600k to release.

It will probably not really bottleneck it. I have an i5 4460 and use a gtx 1070, no big problems here. The i5 6500 is from the newest intel cpu generation. So there should be no big problem. You should be save to get a gtx 1060. Of course there is a change it will bottleneck it. But it's not very likely in this case.
