Will an i7-7700hq bottleneck a GTX 1080 in a laptop?

I'm wondering if an i7-7700HQ will bottleneck a GTX 1080. reason I ask is because this is an AMAZING price for a 1080 laptop.

Which one do you think I should go with? I ask because the Predator has a 1080 and this one has a 1070 and at 1080p the difference looks negligible. (Not to mention that laptop has a freaking desktop processor)

Also the gtx 1080 msi includes inside this laptop is plenty of gaming power for what you want to do.
For 2000 dollar price tag I suggest you get it before the prices go back up again.

But it has a GTX 1070. Iyo which is better? Desktop CPU / 1070 or laptop CPU /1080?

The first configuration is better, and you should stick to it. However if you wanna go for a desktop PC, you can build a much more powerful rig for that money. Not to mention, the laptop parts a a tad underpowerd than desktop components due to heat and and power requirements.
