Hi, you must have the same resolution, the same size and the connector at the same place, most are similar, but some have differences for the same resolution.

Hi again, would it be possible to upgrade the resolution of my screen for my laptop to 4k when it's 1366x768??
No, the display cable can't handle the 4K screen, perhaps the GPU can't also.
I found out my GPU can handle 1440p max as input and I have found a screen of that resolution. Do you an LCD Cable I can use that can support that resolution?
JoeRaptor, hp.com does not show that model of laptop just 3090se version. http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03125452

The sensor of the touch screen is connected to a USB port, we just need to find on the motherboard an empty USB port and connect the sensor to this port. Is it simple enough?

Yeah, but we are still talking about internal touchscreens, right? I'm not really one for touchscreen overlays.
If you are talking about a real touchscreen display, you need to tell me all the informations about the one you want to use.
You mean find a touch digitizer??? Um here's one I 'd like for my computer. Though this touchscreen isn't the same model as my own computer, I'd like to use this one since it would fit.
