Will any gpu cooler fit in any gpu?

Title says it all. My gpu cooler just had an incident, and it's not in good condition, so I need to know if I'm looking for a precise size of cooler or just any will do. Gpu is sapphire radeon hd 4670. I will be playing CoD4, LoL and Minecraft, which are not demanding games, so I don't need a hardcore tri-fan cooler or anything like that.

you would need the same design from that specific cooler if it's a reference design then any brand will do but if it's aftermarket it will need to be exactly the same

It's aftermarket, but what if it's 75mm from screw to screw, and i get another cooler that is 75mm from screw to screw, wouldn't it fit?

the GPU core sure, but you also need to cool the memory and stuff which is cooled by the same heatsink

So if i find a cooler with the same heatsink as the "stock" aftermarket cooler, and it has the same screws, it should fit? It's a really tiny card, so everything is quite compressed.

Look, i'd find one, but it's old, and there is little chance i'll find it. I already searched ebay and some other sites, so I HAVE to get an after aftermarket cooler.
