Will any router work for Motorola SURFboard SB6141 modem?

I am looking to buy Motorola SURFboard SB6141 for my new apartment and wanted to know what router to buy that doesn't not break the bank(that not over $100) and what router is compatible or best suggested for Motorola SURFboard SB6141?

Why not buy an all-in-one router/modem combined? Less hassle setting it up compared to having two separate units.
And no question about them being compatible either.
