Will anything bottleneck in this PC?

Exactly, the fx-8350 will not bottleneck any gpu on the market, the g3258 sure will though.

Now an i5 or better is going to be stronger then the fx-8350 so the intel route will be better for upgradeability.

You should at least get a R9-280 or 280x. You could drop the cpu to an fx-8320 (which is just an underclocked 8350) and then use the savings to get the better gpu.
To further make your budget, paying a little more for a case that supports the 212 evo would save you some money over the water cooler.

Cheers for the suggestion, although it is a little out of my price range. I was more looking for something that goes to about £700.

Thanks to all of your suggestions guys/girls, although I feel that it is quite a lot of money, especially when going with Intel. Although it will probably be good quality and future-proof, I don't want to spend tooo much money on my 1st PC. Due to this I feel I will stick with the:
CPU: AMD fx-8350
Motherboard: GA-990FXA-UD3
Graphics card: Sapphire Radeon R9 280X
If anything needs a drastic change (Like if it will bottleneck massively), please let me know.
