Will ASUS H270F work with 3000mhz ram

Hi guys
Just now I have purchased a used processor 6600k and Asus h270f mb and one guy offering me 32 gb ram of 3000mhz but can I use it ?
It’s hard to find used ram now and only this is available now

Manual states it supports max 2400, it might work but only at 2400mhz. If you can find the part number of the ram kit you can check the compatibility list on the website.

Actually is states 2133 on gen 6 processors and 2400 on 7th gen processors (this is what Intel states as the supported memory and has nothing to do with what memory speed can be used). Need more information on the memory model number will do.

You can run the memory faster than what is listed with the board using XMP profile it might and might not be stable. You might get better results manually adjusting it in BIOS.

All you will need to do is go into BIOS and enable XMP profile and you might get it to run the advertised 3000 and might need to use a lower profile like 2666.

You can download the manual for your board from the Asus site or if you got one with the board then read it.

That memory should work.

Xmap it did go to 3000 MHz with my i3 7100 my i5 6600 psu needed since my older psu not starting it up will check and let you know
But I was have problem with I use my 3000 MHz ram keep on restarting and take sometime to make it load bio idk if the psu gave fault and psu don’t work with my my other board h270f Asus

The mb is bad it’s h Asus and idk h can’t oc ram is using now msi z270 a pro goood oc to 3000mhz and processor too with xmp and auto oc but idk how to do manually
