Hello,

I have a question. I have this build:

Motherboard: ASUS X99-A
Fans: x8 Noctua fans 90mm
CPU: Intel Core i7 5930K
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Founders
PSU: Corsair AX860i
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 64GB (16GBx4) 3000 MHz
SSD: Samsung NVMe SSD 960 EVO 256Gb
SSD: Intel 250Gb
HDD: x2 WD RED 3Tb (RAID 1)
Two 4k monitors

Nothing is overclocked.

Now I think of adding RTX 2080Ti for more GPU rendering power and just wondering will my current PSU handle it or I need to buy another one?
PC is in use pretty much 24/7

Thanks in advance!

Solution
They won't be in SLI but yeah in some cases they both will be loaded 100%

The idea is to work in 3d applications using 1080Ti while rendering the project on 2080Ti but for example, overnight I will use them both for rendering.
Rough figures
5930k 185 watt max draw
1080ti 250 watt max draw
2080ti 280 watt max draw
Will it work, probably. How long not known, but I’d prefer a newer model with 1000 watts

You want to run the 1080ti and 2080ti together?
