Will BF3 works?

my friend asked me if BF3 will work in his computer in 1920x1080 and max out setting

his computer stats :

CPU: I3 3.2
RAM:4GB(usable 3.5GB)
GPU: GTX 460 1GB

CPU will hold you back in big multiplayer games. So will the RAM I find myself using over 4GB on large 64 player games.
