Will card be able to utilize 1gb

can hd 4650 ddr2 utilize 1gb or is it ok with 512mb , is 1gb worth extra cost
only game at 1024x768 or maximum at 1280x720 not more

which one should i go with and is this card better then 9500gt 1gb ddr2

will play cod mw3
nfs mw low settings
hitman absolution low settings

please dont recomend me anyother card then 9500gt or 4650 cuz i am buying used really cheap
will only use 3moths and after exams my parrents will buy me a whole good i7 and gtx gpu

utilization of Vram is dependant on your resolution, from what you say, you run at most 720p, so 512mb would probably do, but going up to 1gb wont hurt if you plan on buying a new monitor in the future.

why are you looking into such old cards? you can find some good cards from 2 generations ago, eg gtx460 or radeon 5770 for fairly cheep these days.
