Raidmax 321wb black(aka super viper)
Ok, so here's some info I can give you that might help.
The image below shows
a build using the Raidmax 321wb Case - but the motherboard (an ATX) and the GPU (an MSI Radeon HD 7950 3GB) are not the same as yours. For comparative purposes, the GPU you want (EVGA GTX 970 ACX 2.0) is 9.5", while the MSI Radeon HD 7950 in the photo is
261mm (or 10.27"). This would give you an idea how a 3/4"-longer card than the EVGA will look like when installed in your current Raidmax Case. Note that the PSU is Modular.
Another
photo of a build shows the same case with a different GPU (an XFX Radeon HD 7950 3GB) which measures
9.3" in length. This almost has the same length as your preferred EVGA, with only less than 1/4" difference. Note that the PSU is Non-Modular.
However, a big difference between the 2 GPU's above and your EVGA is the location of the power pin connectors. It's a little bit closer to the center. This photo of
another build will give you an idea of the cable runs leading to the GPU's power pin connectors. The motherboard is an ASRock H97M PRO4 (similar in size with your preferred ASRock H97M Anniversary, while the GPU is an EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB FTW ACX 2.0 (similar in size with your preferred EVGA GTX 970 ACX 2.0). However, note that the case in the photo is
not the Raidmax case - but a Cooler Master N200 Mid-Tower case (just to give you an idea of the ASRock mATX + EVGA GPU look). The PSU in the photo is Non-Modular.
So, IMO, I think your EVGA will fit in the Raidmax but would take careful and strategic cable management to improve airflow
