Will Cooler master hyper 212 turbo fit in my pc case?

I am thinking to buy this cooler called cooler master hyper 212 turbo but i have doubt that it wont fit in my case. My cabinet is mid tower and dimensions are 405 x 175 x 390 mm.

The cooler measures [strike]162mm[/strike] tall. Can you measure from the CPU surface?
CORRECTION: 163mm tall (6.4")

If you are able to get the Cryorig H7 would that be less tall and probably would be a better fit.
Dont know what cpu so keep an eye on compatibility.
