Will CPU Cooler Fit?

Hi,
I want to build a new PC this summer and I was wondering if my CPU cooler will fit out of the way of Adata XPG v2 RAM. The Mobo is an ASUS Z87 PRO found here. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131981
The CPU cooler is the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. I will be using all 4 RAM slots so will it be out of the way? Thanks in advance!

Yes 😉 the joy of the 212 EVO, other than it cools great, is that the fans are height adjustable, have used a ton of these with tall DRAM haveing tall heatsinks, just raise the fan a bit to clear the top of the DRAM fins, i.e. I have GSkill Trident Xs under one on my IB build, and Ripjaws X under another on my SB rig

Would this cooler hold about 50-ish degrees on an i5 4670K @ ~ 4.5GHz

My 4770K idled at about 38 when it was set at 4.6 and head up to 80 when running Prime
