Will DDR3 SDRAM work with DDR3 DIMM slots?

Yes, SDRAM is the same thing as DIMM basically.

SDRAM is pretty absent term these days but relate the same, computer stores and consumer websites just call it DDR3 etc.

DDR3 DIMM is a JEDEC standard arrangement of DDR3 SDRAM Integrated Circuits on a printed circuit board that can be used in a modular fashion to maximize interoperability. There are other modular DDR3 formfactors such as DDR3-SODIMM, DDR3-MiniDIMM, and DDR3-MicroDIMM. Some devices may also have DDR3 SDRAM integrated circuits soldered directly to the device to save cost and space at the expensive of flexibility (most tablets and game consoles are constructed like this)

Sdram is just the full name of what type of ram pc ram is. All ram used in pcs are sdram, there is no other type used for them so we just call it ram for short. Dimm is the size for desktops. Sodimm being laptop size.
