Yes, there is no requirement for the motherboard to support any particular type of memory in a graphics card.

The 'DDR4' refers to the type of system memory that you need to buy for plugging into the actual motherboard. The graphics card itself can have whatever type of memory built into it (DDR3, GDDR5 etc.)

i think that ddr4 is for you ram slot i dont think its anything related to the video card

The 730 is an OEM card from a ways back, it does actually have DDR3 RAM.

The GT730 is so old, one could likely just use Intel onboard video and be happy if your CPU/MB supports it...

Well, comparing to the HD530 Intel integrated graphics, the 730 is still better and if the card is already bought, plug it in:

If not bought yet, better get a GT1030, if budget is very small.

So it´s a bit dependeing on which CPU and motherboard you will get or have. Please tell us those two components.
