I kind of messed up and watched different videos of boosting my pc and I feel stupid, I want to reset all my REGEDIT settings and Command prompt commands i've used, will a factory reset through "Reset this PC" will do this ?

Solution
Factory reset, as name implies, reverts win 10 back to the state it is in on a clean install.
SO yes, It deletes everything and starts again.

If you going to factory reset, its probably safer to clean install as they fail less often.

Maybe.
If it fails, then a full wipe and reinstall is in order.

And never, ever do registry edits without a known good backup.
Of both either Registry by itself, and the entire drive.
And know how to recover those.
