Will FX-8320 and FX-6300 at stock speed bottleneck the GTX 970 at stock speed?

Hello.

I'm sorry if this has been posted like 10 times already, but I'm not getting the perfect answer yet.

I made it specific, the title says it all.

I got a chance to buy a CPU-motherboard bundle from a reliable store at a significantly low price. The motherboard was, I think, a Gigabyte 970A-UD3 or D3 or D3P or DS3P or something.

Anyway, Will FX-8320 and FX-6300 at stock speed bottleneck the GTX 970 at stock speed? And why?

no it will not bottleneck it those processors are capable for most cards up to a titan black, an i3 4120 wouldnt even bottle that card. final answer.
