It may work, if you already have it you can try it, but if you're planning on buying ram get max 3200MHz for this mobo. Asus prime b350-plus supports up to 64gb and up to 3200MHz ddr4 ram. And you may have to tinker in bios settings to get a 3200 ram to run at that speed. AM4 slot mobos seem to like clocking ram down to 2133 and not reading the premade oc.
