Right now, highest only 3200 mHZ is supported, Only 32GB is G.SKill F4-3200C14Q-32GFX

It may not even be supported. There is a list on the MB website that shows what ram is supported by the MB...

It may work, if you already have it you can try it, but if you're planning on buying ram get max 3200MHz for this mobo. Asus prime b350-plus supports up to 64gb and up to 3200MHz ddr4 ram. And you may have to tinker in bios settings to get a 3200 ram to run at that speed. AM4 slot mobos seem to like clocking ram down to 2133 and not reading the premade oc.

Other ram sticks might work as well but better be safe and choose something that's been tested. Have fun!
