Will GT 610 run on this power supply

Gt 610 will run on ANYTHING, it uses very little power. But it's not a video gamer card and not a whole lot more powerful than embedded graphics chips.

What games are you trying to play?

I am trying to play right now minecraft with about 60 mods on it. My system as you can see if freaking ancient (Intel E2180) and the graphics can't handle much. Also I plan on getting an HDMI cable to run from the graphics card to my TV to watch movies on it, and as you know, my motherboard doesn't have any HDMI, or any video ouput other than the 1x VGA

Well for $50, you should be able to get something a lot more powerful than a GT610.

I might suggest GT440 or GT630, which are the same chip. They say they recommend a 300W PSU, but they max out at around 65W, so I think you'll be fine on a 250W.

Honestly, the GT610 is not really any more powerful than a 5450, which you can get for $15-20 after rebate on newegg, so for me, it would be either 5450, or try the GT440/630.

I was looking at the prices, and the GT630 is actually kinda out of my budget. Around 60$ (Unless rebate but I really don't care about the rebates) so I took at look at the next lowest, the GT620, which is more in my budget (50$), would you recommend it? I was looking at this video card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130814. Also because you seem important, the low profile bracket, will that only show the VGA input? (My monitor is VGA so I would need an adapter if not)

GT 620 is a good step up from the GT 610 (it's a renamed GT 430 if you want to look up reviews).

As for the low profile bracket, what happens is the VGA is on a ribbon cable and it gets attached to a second low profile slot blank that takes up a second low profile slot or if your case has a blank somewhere close for a serial port you can use that, too. It is shown in the picture on newegg with the box in it.

For $40 after rebate, I'd get this (has same bracket setup as above): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102994

6570 is about 2x the performance of a GT620 and factoring in shipping will actually come out cheaper.
