[SOLVED] Will GT740 fits in my PC?

Hi all, I have a GT710 which Fits Perfectly in my PC and I wanna upgrade to GT740. Will a GT740 Fits in my PC?

She's a Small Girl, Only about 14.5 cm in Length and about 2 cm in Height (With Fan) . So this GT740 Should be Able to fit, right? (I also found some pictures of that GT740 Below.

So Look likes GT740 is a bit larger, But still should fit, right?

The GPU will fit in your chassis but I'm concerned about the wattage and quality of your PSU and it's age.

My PC Specs are
Intel Pentium G2020
2x2=4 RAM (DDR3-1333)
GT710 1GB DDR3 (upgrading to GT740 if it fits)
MOBO Gigabyte H61M-S2PV (REV 2.2)
PSU Green GP380A (380WATT)

So is my PSU Fine?
