Will gta 5 run on an i3?

I'm buying a pc in a couple of days im planning to get an i3 i was just wondering if you can run gta 5 on a dual core.

GTA 5 runs fine on my i3 4160, it doesn't sputter like a G3258 does.

I can rut it on my I3 (it shows me that i have 4 cores,dunno why),4gb ram and 1gb AMD GPU. I run it very smooth with max resolution and almost all on normal and few on medium.The game rarely has fps drops.The only thing that is a little bothering is that the edges of the textures are sometimes little ugly in the distance.but not always.I play it online too and had no problems ever. 😀 PS: On can you run it or other sites it shows me that i cant run it...They are wrong )

I have an i3 4170 with 8GB RAM and a GTX 960. Runs at 1080p on high no problem.
