will GTA V work on my pc a 100%?

I recently upgraded my pc basically to play GTA V.now I have the money to buy the game.I just wanted to make sure that the game would run on my pc a 100%.Because I wanted to buy a new headphone but now I want to play GTA V and I am using the money I kept to buy the headphone and it would be a shame to waste the money.

SAPPHIRE R7 260X
6GB RAM
450WATT COOLER MASTER PSU

Sorry if I'm being a douche but will I be able to play GTA ONLINE after installation if I buy GTA V original CD or do I have to download the online part like an additional file

You should be able to play the game just fine. Your system meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements for the game. The CD includes the online portion of the game, but there are patches that will need to be downloaded in order for you to play the game.

Well my friend is playing on Core2Duo cpu which is weaker then E8400, 4gb ram and 1gb video card, he gets 35+ fps.. You are going to be fine with some tweaking in options. Just ignore advanced settings and turn everything off. You are good.
