for 1080p gameplay at low settings or to run the game at all.Will the gtx 750 ti be able to run the game even @1024*768 resolution..

GTX 750Ti is better than 660 so yes. I hope that 750Ti could handle Witcher 3 on Medium-High Settings. But that also depends on other parts of config
