The "safest" is to look and find a kit from your motherboard QVL (https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B450M Pro4/#MemoryPR ). But i have the same kit and i tried to many different motherboards (Msi B450 Tomahawk , Asrock B350 Pro4, Gigabyte AX370 Gaming k5) and it worked with XMP profile without any problem at all (For the asrock and gigabyte the kit was not included in the QVL). I would say go for it.
