This is the board. Gigabyte ga-b75m-d3v. Will a 9.5 inch video card (dual slot) fit on this (without hitting the sata ports in white)?

There shouldn't be any problem with the motherboard preventing access to the white SATA port(s). However, if you want to disconnect or connect a cable from that port it may be a bit difficult. I'd be more concerned whether your case fits the GPU, so be sure to check that too.
