gtx 750 ti

will i be able to run games lik assasins creed syndicate or unity

possibly, but you dont meet the minimum requirements.

You need at least 6gb of ram (i would suggest getting another 4gb stick to upgrade you to 8gb), and the minimum graphics card is a gtx 680 which is much higher than your 750 ti..

I would suggest trying it via steam, then refunding if its no good.
