Will I be able to run Witcher 3 decent?

Hi, not so good at PC specs and such so I'm just gonna ask. Can I run Witcher 3 decently you guys think? Sure it's not released yet but by the requirements maybe someone of you can solve my question.

I have an i7 4770K on W8.1. It's installed on a Samsung EVO 840 SSD 240gb
GPU: GTX TITAN from ASUS.
RAM: HyperX Fury 16gb 1600mhz
Mobo: MSI Z87-GD65.
PSU: Corsair XC750M (M=modular)

Thats pretty much my setup so what do you think? As long as I can get over 60fps I am happy but on what settings?

The CPU and GPU you have are beyond the minimum specs, so it should run the game well enough. Beyond that, it's hard to say how it will run. I wouldn't expect to max out the game, but it should run at 60fps at 1080p well enough, although the exact settings are nothing but guesses right now.
