So I currently have an i5 6400 and r7 370 4gb running on my Asus z170-p with 8gb ddr4 and a 600w PSU
Turns out I have another r7 370 that I completely forgot I had and now I'm wondering about the possibility of crossfire
My big question is will it work in my system and will it increase performance significantly.
Thanks for any help

Solution
It may work with your system but it wont increase performance significantly. Crossfire and SLI are just dead. The games that support it, will see some scaling, 30% scaling is considered good. Games that don't support it you may see negative scaling.

Your PSU may hold you back for crossfire. Since you have a locked CPU and the 6400 is not too power hungry, a 600 watt PSU may be enough. But Guru3d recommends a 700 watt system to run 370 crossfire on an average system.
