will i be bottlenecked

hello i was wondering if my i5 2310 would bottleneck a gtx 750 ti

(specs)
i5 2310 2.9 ghz
gigabyte gt 420 128 bit
biostar h61mgc motherboard
8 gigs of ddr3 ram
and a 200w power supply

Not at all, the 2310 is still near the top of tom's hierarchy charts. Your psu is a little on the small side though. that card doesn't require a psu connector but I would feel more comfortable with a psu in the 400w range.

I agree you could benefit from a Gpu upgrade. Either a 1050 ti or spring a little extra for a 1060 (if you have a 6 pin connector) would give you a significant improvement to your performance
