Depends what resolution you want to play at, and at what settings. The 1070 is a very strong card and can easily run games at max settings for the next few years, and achieve 60 fps. Although it does depend on how well games are optimised. You should be fine. I would get a better motherboard however.

The ryzen 5 2600 will be good for the next 2 years without an overclock so you should be fine. What PSU are you getting?
