I want to upgrade my GPU to
GTX 960 4GB

Will i get bottle necked?

Yes, the higher you can go with that system is GTX 750Ti, and still you will have a botteneck (but less compared with the GTX 960).

Save some cash, and try to get new CPU & mobo & ram.
