Hey guys

If I want to upgrade in the future to RTX 2080 TI, will I have a bottleneck with I5 6600?
I saw this site "http://thebottlenecker.com/#calculator" and I have 19 percent with 1080 TI so... how much will I have with 2080 TI 😵

how much it really affects in gaming? or I should wait for RTX 2080 TI lanch first?

Solution
Non-multithreaded quad cores might start to show their weakness when it gets to CPU intensive games. Like suggested already above, you can always try to put more load on the graphics card to reduce bottlenecks by reducing framerates (less FPS = less frames for the CPU to process), either by turning up display settings and/or ramping up graphical settings.

Realise that there will be always be a bottleneck somewhere in your system (A perfect example is RAM timings/clocks).
Bottlenecks entirely depend on the game or program your using and you can always turn up the AA or resolution to remove them in most games. That being said its not a ideal solution but its impossible to say what itll be like without knowing the new cards performance.
