I would always keep an aftermarket CPU cooler on my builds. It may not be absolutely necessary but it will lengthen the life of your CPU. And for a few bucks you can get a pretty nice cooler master Hyper 212+. I had one and it kept mine nice and cool. Never got above about 47 C (AMD FX 4130)
Nope! You aren't overclocking so no need for an aftermarket CPU cooler. Also, you choose a good case (Phantom 410) which comes with three stock fans. My only real suggestions would be to swap the M500 out for the MX100 and to go with a 24" monitor. Enjoy that build.
