Hey, I was wondering if I needed to buy any additional cables for my build. I'm pretty sure I need to buy Sata III cables for both the HDD and the SSD, but I'm not sure if I'll need anything else. Here's my build:

The HDD and SSD should come with the cables you need for your setup, you don't need to buy them.

Correction: A mobo usually comes with a Standard straight cable and then a curved head cable making it two cables, And if it comes with XMP profiling then you could scale the RAM to 1866..

since you got 3 drives, unless you already have a spare one, get an extra one.

That's a great build. Everything's fine. That monitor supports HDMI. But doesn't include a cable. If you want to try the HDMI, you may need an HDMI cable too.

1866 RAM won't work on a standard CPU like that, you will need to die it down to 1600 MHZ RAM(well it will work with that CPU, but it won't be clocked to 1866, it will be downclocked to 1600 mhz, so you can keep it if you wish). The HDD and SSD should come with the cables you need for your setup, you don't need to buy them.

As for the RAM, I heard that I could edit the XMP profile to achieve 1866 MHZ, and the 1866 MHZ version was only a few bucks more expensive than the 1600 MHZ version so that's why I went with that one

I forgot to mention that the HDD and SSD's don't come with the cables the motherboard does.. I had a brain fart sorry..
