Yes. But please consider that you will need a new motherboard / CPU if you plan on switching. DDR4 is no 1:1 replacement for DDR3.

Considering that DRAM is cheap right now, I´d even suggest to have 32GB of RAM if supported by the new mobo. When editing video and tinkering with UE4 you surely benefit from each additional GB you add. 😉
