At the moment there is no i5 6600k available in stores where I live, and I kinda don't want to buy k version because I don't plan on overclocking since I'd have to buy expensive cooling for which I don't have enough money.I just planned on using cooler that comes with 6600.

Will 6600 and rx 480 be able to handle new games and upcoming ones, with 8GB RAM

Also average temperature where I live now is from 30 to 45 degrees Celsius, will I need to buy some cooling for it (nothing too expensive) ?

Yea sure, people underestimate the stock cooler allot its actually not that bad. I overclocked my g3258 to 4.3 Ghz with it.
35-45 are good temperatures what is the peak ? b/w 70-80 on high load probably. Allot of people like you don't want to overclock and the i5 6600 would last you a long time.

The graphics card should be okay as long as there is adequate cooling in your PC (I am not talking about the CPU cooler but the case fans). Nothing to worry about.

For now don't worry regardless of what people say, but some time later upgrade to a cheap $10-20 cooler if you have the money for it later.

People hate the stock cooler because of its load motor noises not that much due to temperature.
Happy gaming.

There's a bit of a difference in overclocking a pentium vs. overclocking an i5... As for an aftermarket cooler, as above I would say grab a 212 or possibly a cryorig h7. The only thing I might change would be the 8GB of RAM. If it's possible in the budget, I would go for 16 over 8. Otherwise, that would work just fine. i5s don't create too much heat, nor will the RX480 as it's got a lower TDP on it.

For 6600 you are looking at 4-5 years, but I would say a 6500 is good enough (and cheaper).

A RX 480 is as good as GTX 970 which gives you 55-80 fps/1080p/ultra for current top games. If you lower from ultra to high to medium over time I would say you have 3 years.

For 8 Gb ram if you are going with RX 480 and turn down the quality year by year, and if you have good rams (9-9-9) and dual channel 2 x 4 Gb, you wouldn't need more than 5 Gb (plus your Windows uses 2.5 Gb).

Temperature I wouldn't too worry unless you are planning to play 12 hours/day from 9am to 9pm and 7 days a week.

Yeah thanks, I can go with 212 for 40 euros or for another 8GB, I'll see when the time comes

hmmm, I will be buying only 1x8GB, not 2x4GB since 8GB is only one available ddr4 2133mhz ram in store, others are all 2400mhz for which I'd need better motherboard for which I dont have money

I just went from 1 x 8Gb 11-11-11 to 2 x 8Gb 10-10-10, I can tell things are really smoother. Probably due to the dual channel advantage. Ram usage is still 2.5 Gb + 4 Gb when gaming.

This is another thing, if you are going 6600 then it make sense to go 2 x 8Gb because you are preparing your computer for 5 years.

With 6500 and 8 Gb... let say you need 16 Gb ram in 3.5 years, then would you add ram to a mobo/cpu set-up that is only good for another 1 year?
