[SOLVED] Will i5 9600 kf bottleneck RTX 4070 ti?

As the title says i have an i5 9600 kf cpu and i want to buy the new RTX 4070 Ti ,but will my processor hold down the RTX 4070 ti in terms of performance and also i have a 650 watt PSU Gold, is that enough for the RTX 4070 Ti
My old GPU is RTX 2060 btw

1080p? Definitely
1440p? Probably, unless you turn on ray tracing
4K? In most cases, no

I am gonna play 4k as i am playing on 1080p my whole life but a lot of details are not visible on 1080p so 4k is the way to go,so i am good with 4k no fps loss?

Here's what you can do to be sure:

• Play all the games you want to play on the lowest setting and record the FPS
• Take that FPS figure and look at reputable reviews to see what the 4070 Ti gets in 4K
• The lower of the two numbers is what you'll get
