Will i7 9700K AT STOCK run fine with ASUS PRIME Z370-P?

In my previous thread, someone said that an i7-8700K would run fine at stock with the Asus Z370-P with all core turbo. But when I checked the prices it looks like both the i7 9700K and the 8700K are about the same price. So can I just get a 9700K now and slap it onto the Z370-P and update the BIOS like people are saying. So, will the motherboard be able to run the 9700K with no issues at stock, turbo boost and all? I'm thinking of getting the Gigabyte Aorus Z390 Pro later on and a good Cryorig cooler. I'm going to flash the motherboard with 9th gen BIOS support using my i5-8500. So can I just get a 9700K and run it at stock on the asus prime Z370-P with no problems? Also would the chip boost to it's max turbo speeds with a good air cooler?

P.S I'm not going to touch overclocking until I get a better MB.

Solution
I trust Hardware Unboxed's judgement, they are excellent reviewers. I believe I remember them saying the AORUS Pro has one of the best VRM/power delivery systems of any Z390 motherboard so far.
Stock yes it'll run ok. The 9700K will run into the motherboards power limit (limiting its turbo clock), before your VRMs go out the window. (however to optimize for the 9700K, run the power delivery in extreme and full phase mode.)

I believe with a really big air cooler like the CRYORIG H5 Universal/Ultimate or the Nocuta D15 it will be fine. I'd go liquid personally.

Thanks, I did want to go for an AiO cooler, but both people in my last thread said that AiO coolers can cause problems. Anyway, is there a risk of damaging the 9700K, mobo or other PC parts like the GPU by running the 9700K at stock in the ASUS Prime Z370-P? Can the VRMs 'go out the window' like you said?

Thanks man, really appreciate it. Also I'm thinking of getting a good midrange Z390 motherboard. Is the Gigabyte Z390 AORUS PRO good? According to Hardware Unboxed, it's the best board at its price range.

Definitely getting that one then because there's one for £120 in the UK. It's a steal because normally it's £160 +
