Will Intel Core i5-2500K work on GA-H81M-S2PT GIGABYTE MOBO?
and is this CPU enough for GTX 950?
and is 430 W power supply enough for both?

The CPU is plenty for the GPU.

I'd suggest buying a used LGA 1155 motherboard instead of a new CPU. It will cost you $150-200 to buy an equivalent CPU to what you have, while getting a used 1155 motherboard will only set you back around $50-75.

You'll get performance at least that good with the 2500K. If GTA is more CPU-intensive, you'll get better performance than that.
