Will Intel i3-4150 bottleneck with a GTX 750 ti FTW ACX by EVGA

Hello, I am planning on getting a i3-4150 processor and an EVGA GTX 750 ti FTW ACX, Will there be a bottleneck, sorry this is my first time building a pc.

Not one bit. The 750 Ti isn't an overly powerful card. An i3 only starts to bottleneck when you get to the R9 270X / GTX 760 and above.
