CPU :Ryzen 2700x
GPU : Rx 580
Motherboard : MSI Mortar Max
RAM : DDR4 16GB g.skill Aegis 3000mhz (2x8gb)
PSU: 850Watt

Solution
No, it will not bottleneck. You don't want those 3000mhz DIMMs though. Without manual configuration they are not going to be supported on any Ryzen platform. You would be better off going with a set of 2933mhz or 3200mhz sticks unless you don't mind manually configuring the memory speed to 2933mhz which is what you are likely going to have to do in order to get them to run close to their advertised speed.

G.Skill does not even list ANY 3000mhz memory kit as compatible with any B450 motherboard, and neither does Corsair. If you ALSO look at the QVL list for your motherboard you will see there are zero DDR4 3000mhz kits listed. They are all 2133, 2400, 2666, 2933 and 3200mhz kits.

Solution
Not particularly, however they don't always work as expected. I've seen probably about 75% of the time that they've had to be sent back for a kit that was fundamentally compatible, anyhow, at the end, so it might be a long drawn out waste of time for you. If you have them already, then by all means go ahead and try to get them to work, but if not I'd recommend getting a kit that you know is compatible from the start and avoid any such problems.

There is no reason or point to intentionally setting yourself up for headaches if it isn't necessary.
