I am going to buy the MSI Nvidia 970 graphics card, but will it fit in the case?

Yes, it will fit. There is a chance that you will need to remove the HDD-Bay to make space.

From the Fractal Design website for your model case:

Supports graphic card lengths up to 270mm when removable HDD-Bay is in place
Supports graphic card lengths up to 420mm without removable HDD-Bay

Also if i get this Graphics card will it effect how close my CPU cooler is to the GPU? will the new GPU still fit there?

Not really a concern, shouldn't be an issue. CPU heatsinks are designed to not interfere with GPUs (this is all part of the ATX standard to have standard distances between system components).

Its the H7 Cryorig, as you can see the end of the CPU cooler sort of slopes down, which means it is nearly touching the GPU..

Should not be an issue at all. Heatsinks like that are more likely to interfere with tall memory modules and have almost no chance of interfering with GPUs.

Ok, so its not a problem that it is sloping down and near enough touching the top of the GPU? because i was wondering i have the R9 270x now and if I get the 970 it'll be bigger right so it will touch the top of the CPU cooler?

It may be a larger GPU, but the largeness goes away from the CPU, not toward it.
