So im looking at getting the Phanteks PH-TC14PE, which has a a clearance of 171mm with fans, however if i have the Be quiet base 600 windowed case model with a clearance of 170mm for a cooler, can i make it fit by moving the fans down? AND if i do so will it interfere with 40mm RAM?

How about the be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3 instead? If clearance is tight...this one will fit.
