Will a H100I cooler fit in a Z170 pro gaming motherboard?

A H100i will fit on any compatible socket motherboard, including an ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming (making the assumption that's the board you mean).

Will it fit in your case, is another question all together - and will depend on the case you have.

I have a Fractal Design Define S which I think it will fit, was just worried about the motherboard and yes Z170 pro gaming not mini
