I have a cooler master masterbox q300l and I wanna put on a cpu cooler arctic freezer esports 34 duo. Will it fit on the case?

It'll be fine. It's when the cooler height and case clearance are listed at the same values, that problems may be encountered; some manufacturers round to the nearest millimeter.
