[SOLVED] Will it overheat?

Hello I've got a question, I have a HP Elitebook 8570 with an i5 in it. Now the TDP for that particular socket is 35 and I was looking to upgrade to an i7 with a 45 TDP, will this work or will it heat up the motherboard too much?

I think it might cause a problem.
The 35w spec is most likely there for a reason.
